can anyone tell me how slow to let out the clutch during daily driving,i dont want to burn out the clutch one my 5 speed ex i never smell it burning but is it ok to let it out slowly during traffic i live in the city,about how long can you let it out??

Bro. the best way to not burn out is to let the clutch up slowly, without flooring it... if you floor it and leave the clutch in your gonna burn that shit out... try not to put too much gas. let the clutch up slower with less gas.. -
man your a big help,this is my first standard and it felt weird letting the clutch up slow like it do in the city but i do it how you said so ishould be ok,thanks a bunch,oh ya sometimes in first gear it shakes a bit when taking off,it suck not having a tachometer.Comment

If it shakes? does the steering wheel shake when you accelerate? if it does that might be your tranny bro.. if it is, that could also be causing the noise that your hearing.Comment

tghat migt be, your clutch might be going.. because it could shake the car if the clutch slips and then catches, or it could be, your giving it too little gas and letting the clutch up way too fast causing that big shaking feeling when you accelerate.Comment

But now fizz, if the clutch on his was say already damaged, it could be slipping on its own ? true?.. which in either case you might have that checked out the next time you take it in for an oil change..Comment
