Wierd shifting

92coupe auto tranny here. Im noticing my gears are not shifting at the precise rpms. Im pulling out and 1st & second gear shift accordingly and smooth. Ive notice that 3rd gears shift fine sometimes but it shift down to 2nd and doing 35 to 45 mph. I pull my foot off the gas and let rev down a bit and then 3rd shift in.
Also, Ive notice Im cruising 40 to 45 mph and is loosing power (jerking motion).
I recently, swap out a total tranny fluid, tested and clean out both solenoids, replaced my main relay.
Other than that, my car is running prime.

Maybe the torque converter not locking up properly or the transmission cable needs adjusting

What about the speed sensor, maybe?

I don't know if this is related to my 2nd gear weird shift issue, but im cruising about 35 to 45 mph and it feels like its misfiring, but only at that gear and speed.
