symptoms of bad oil pump

What are the symptoms of a bad oil pump, since my other threads are being ignored.

FSM has specs in it, either with it on the car running (pressures at revs) or on a bench (clearances between impeller and casing etc)

I'd say get an oil pressure gauge and test the pressure. I think ericthecarguy on youtube has the specs in one of his videos cause he does it on a cb7.
