Misfire caused by wobbly crankshaft pulley?

I was out for a cruise lastnight and my car almost shut off at the light so I go to a car wash bay to have a look and find that the crankshaft pulley has a wobble to it and almost eating at the plastic timing cover… All the ignition stuff checked out good so I drove it home and it almost died again at a light on the way. Can the pulley wobble so bad as to make the car almost die at the light like a brief misfire or do I have 2 problems at once? I'm in the engine bay at least once a week and this is the first time I noticed a wobble.

Replaced in past 2 months: plugs, wires, distributor cap, rotor, coil and no oil in my plug wells if your wondering.

Today I tried retourqing the pulley bolt but it wasn't loose then drove it from my apt to my mothers house expecting the worst and ran it for 1hr n 30mins in drive in the driveway and nothing happened it idled fine the whole time. When I shut it off I can wiggle the pulley wit my hand wit the belts still attached though so I'm on the hunt for a pulley tomorrow and hoping it goes well cuz it's my dd. it only happens after I've been driving and come to a stop.
