Someone was asking about the unused hole on the valve cover in another thread (can't find it). Anyways check it! Looks like a bracket to hold the throttle cable for RHD. Think about it!

there is a bracket that can bolt in there to hold the spark plug wires also.. plus on the 94-95s (not sure about 96-97s), that same clip is used to hold the cruise control cable in place..
its not that big of a deal.. -
