    battery and abs light on

ok quick review on what happened before these lights staying on. so my alternator died yesterday on the road so i changed it but the battery cable that connects to the alternator broke free before i pulled the battery line and sparked against the ac line. i fixed it all put a new contact on it, no lights. drove around and finish what i had to do hours later my battery light comes on and then the abs light. today i went and got a new battery and checked all the fuses even pulled the ecu fuse. lights went off then the battery light came back on but when i floor it it would flicker off and back on.... and then i pulled up to the house and the abs light came back on. what is going on volts are good off the battery going to get the alternator tested tomorrow.

Did u load test the alternator. Like check all your voltage while car is running, with all accessorize on, lights,brights,a/c etc.
Idk jus thinking if the light comes on while your driving, maybe the abs circuit is getting low voltage and triggering something. I don't think it normally does when the volt are low but maybe.
Check your break fluid and top off also. Tht will trigger abs light.
Hopefully jumpin that arc didnt damage anything

You have a poor connection somewhere. Probably a ground. Double check all your electrical connections.

i know my car hates me too and i think a wire has a short in that goes from the alternator to the fuse box

The arcing wouldn't have caused any damage, just a bunch of noise and sparks.

Your issue is more of a mechanical issue than an electrical issue. You're going to have to get in there and start moving wires around to figure out which one is causing the problem.
