Your preferrence of brake pads?

Hi guys, I want to change my front brake pads for my 1991 EX, but before I do so, I wanted to know if you have any preferred pads and rotors? Thank ya kindly

I got the TASAuto Big Brake Kit. I believe they are Hawk Carbomet pads. I don't have any complaints.

I got wearever pads in my rl calipers...im not tracking right not and they are more than good at stopping the car whenever I need to.

I've always used ebc (reds) for pads

Cyro is good rotor

Call me conservative, I've always used OEM pads and shoes in mine.

Rotors don't need to be replaced unless they are below the wear limit on width. I didn't replace the rotors on my 90 until 273,000 miles. They wore so well that each time I replaced the pads (about every 90,000 miles), I used a black (about 80 grit) Scotchbrite disc to clean them up. With the caliper out of the way, I jacked the car up, put it in gear to spin the rotor (blocked the opposite wheel), then used the Scotchbrite to remove the glaze and smooth the surface of the rotors some. Have them turned (some places can do it on the car) if the surface is to wavy and there is enough meat left on them.

Hawk HPS on mine, shitty autozone duralast golds in the rear. I've got the wagon rotor setup with wagon 25T brackets and Legend GS dual piston calipers in front.
