are the oil squirter holes in the h23a1, just tapped and not plummed? i can find any info on it really. just where to use them on an h23/vtec or not.

The orifice is plugged in the block. You can adapt them from the H22A but you'll have to bend them a little differently to get them to clear the long stroke.My Members' Ride Thread - It's a marathon build, not a sprint. But keep me honest on the update frequency! -
