For some reason my car keeps popping the dipstick out and the squirting oil out. I know it has to do with too much pressure in the crank case. I've already replaced the PCV valve but that didnt work but then i noticed the hose was colapsing due to its old age so I replaced it (probably could have used a better hose than the one I did) this seemed to fix the problem, at least I assume it did hard to tell if any more oil was coming out cause there was already some oil under the hood. I cleaned up the bay a bit the other day and after driving it a couple days I went to check the oil level again and theres oil everywhere and the dipstick is back up again but this time is worse than before. I'm going to replace both the PCV hose and the breather hose with a stronger hose and I am going to replace the PCV valve again just in case(plus its only like $2). Is there anything else i should look for as to why this keeps happening?

Sucks man
Could be blow by from faulty piston rings. If you cannot get it straightened out with this approach, do a leak down test and listen to the dipstick. If your rings are bad, you'll hear a hissing sound coming from the dipstick from the pressurized air passing your rings.
Good luck man!Originally posted by wed3kim a douchebag to people and i don't even own a lambo. whats your point? we, douchbags, come in all sorts of shapes and colours.

Well replaced the hoses for the PCV and the breather hose with 5/16 fuel line which should be plenty strong, got to work this morning and checked to see if it worked and it didn't... I had oil everywhere again....
I heard that if you take the oil filler cap off while the car was running and put your hand over it, that the air coming out of that should be consistant puffs, meaning that one puff should not be stronger than the other. Well I did this test this weekend too to see if that was it or not but as far as I could tell it was very constant. So unless all my rings are bad (which I really hope not) the rings should be ok if this test is an accurate way of checking.
Has anyone else heard of this test or know if its a legit way to check?
If it's not my piston rings what else could it be? Could bad valve stem seals cause the crank case to pressurize?
