Rack & Pinion

I recently swap out my rack & pinion, I have two issues to deal with. First issue, my brake light ( the one that shows all the doors, brake and trunk light being open) is always on and sometimes flashes, or giving out a code. It will turn off if Im driving long distances, but in town its mostly stays on. Second issue, Im dealing with abit of steering wheel play, its very small and hardly noticeable.
What do you folks, am I suppose bleed the system?

when that brake light or brake lamb in on is because one of your rear lights are bad ,blown or the sockets are corroded and need cleaning check you tail lights,brake light,reverse lights and plate light
