Help with throttle

So when i start my car and push on the gas thr car just starts sound like its gunna turn off , i press the gas little by little so it could get the momentum but kinda want to get that fixed any help?

start with basic routine maintenance like plugs, plug wires and such,,,,,

if they were not done recently,,,,,
