it's not hard with the right tools, a wobble extension (btw a long extension is best, like 10-12 inches) or instead of a wobble, (because they can be hard to find or expensive), use one of those twistable flex extensions...lets see of I can find a picture...
Having one of these will be damn near necessary because it's at a slight angle. Anyway with one of those, and a long extension it will be short work
