I've been trying to figure this out for over a year now. I hear a moaning sound inside the cabin. I know it's the P/S because when I take the belt off it's gone instantly. I have...
-Replaced the P/S pump
-Replaced the steering rack (it was leaking anyway)
-Flushed the lines
-Refilled with brand new Honda Genuine P/S fluid (and have always used it)
-Bled all the air out
-Checked everything and nothing leaks
Seriously, what else could it be? It's very obnoxious and I can feel the vibration in the pedals. When I use a screw driver as a stethoscope and listen to the pump I hear nothing but normal pump sounds. When I put it on any hose I can hear the moaning... especially the high pressure line that comes out of the P/S pump. Keeps sounding like it's coming from the rack but I just put a new one in? Nothing's changed.
