Is it e-bay aftermarket OEM replacement pipe any good?

I would agree with Buzz. Plus that way you can replace it at your convenience, rather than having to take it to a shop to have a new flex pipe welded in. Also depending on the condition of your current down pipe, you might find that you don't really want to weld a new flex pipe onto the rusty old piping anyway. New stainless piping could be a handy thing.

I have successfully used an 'ebay header' downpipe attached to the stock F22A4 header pipe.
It was a tight fit (as expected for a $50 header and downpipe), but after getting everything lined up it works well, no leakage or anything.
What are you all talking about welding??
It bolts up below the header and also past the 'flex' part of the downpipe and O2 sensor... no welding required. Unless you are talking about welding in a new 'flex' part of the downpipe but that would hardly be worth the effort when you can get the whole assembley on the cheap...
