My A/C doesn't work

My radiator and condensor fans work when the car is running and the radiator fan works when car is off. But the fans don't come on when I put the ac on and the ac doesn't work. Does anyone know what is wrong? I need ac bad its getting hot.

It doesn't blow cold anymore and the condenser fan and radiator doesn't kick on with the AC blowing. They seemingly overnight stopped working.

I tested the relays and fuses, the fuse box was OKAY and the relays near the water reservoir were OKAY. Both the radiator fan and condenser fan work when the engine gets hot.

Someone said something about how having a bad AC system could cause such a thing. How could the AC system go bad and how do I fix it?

Seems like I a have a refrigerant problem. The manual says that I need to check the pressure. Does anyone know the correct pressure is and how to test it?
