    high clutch pedal

Hey guys im getting ready to swap my trans with another unit because my internal bearings are shot. Trans has a silver dollar size hole in the case and it was patched over but never really fixed. Since its going to be swapped i wanted an opinion if i should do the clutch. It doesnt slip or chatter but the clutch peddle engages high up. I just wanted an opinion on if this is a sign of a worn out clutch even though it still drives perfectly.
    Thanks

If I were pulling the transmission out I would do a clutch.

^ I would do the clutch also. Might as well since you are doing the tranmission. As long as you have the funds to do so. With my new clutch, it engages in the middle. My buddy has a pretty used clutch and his engages pretty high. You could pull the clutch out and see how well its doingand if it has plenty of life left. My suggestion would be to get a new clutch, flywheel, and a rear main seal, but that's just me..
