Confirm ELD wire location

Can somebody confirm the this green/red wire is the ELD wire from the ECU.
I am running my wideband and have much more room up top then I do under the dash.

What does it have to do with a wideband?

You use the ELD d10 pin to get the signal from the wideband to the ecu. Using s300
