    missing bolt on f22a1 valve cover?



    i know it's hard to see, but where the red arrow is, there is a hole with threads and it seems like it's missing the bolt. anyone have any idea what it is? i'll get a better pic soon

    I'm pretty sure that's normal. I don't think I've ever seen something bolted there. On the older 3rd gen Accords, there was a clip bolted there for the speedo cable and clutch cable (both which aren't on the 4th gen). Maybe it was there for a cable or ground for non-USDM cars??

      im pretty sure its a grounding point because on the other side there's the same thing with a ground

              OMG!! find something to plug that hole NOW!!.. my screw was missing from there and the motor fell out of the engine bay while i was driving!! dont let it happen to you!

                      it not a ground point it for a spark plug wire holder just another place to put it lol it nothing to worry about
