    City driving does not constitute a severe driving condition

    Severe driving conditions are

    High temperature climates
    Low temperatures climates
    Driving the car very short distances without letting it warm up
    Driving in dusty environments

      The Honda maintenance manual I had down loaded from a web site does not have any other number other than 60K miles or 60 month whichever comes first for timing belt and balance shaft belt replacement.
