Screw won't come out..need help asap!

Okay so I took off the throttle from the pgmfi, to replace the throttle control sensor, so I tried to use the hack saw to make a rivit so I could use a flathead and unscrew it. Well the one unscrewed and the other one didn't and now I'm stuck. Now it's to the point where it's just the thread of the screw that's sticking out and I need to remove it, but there's only like one inch or thread sticking out. How do I remove it. If you need pictures ill take some.
    Thanks

It would definitely help to have pictures. Would an easy out work in this situation?

So I just tried the vice grips and it's a no go, they didn't work, there's seriously less than a cm to grab on to

I tried using the vicegips but it didn't work because there is barely anything to grab onto. What do I do? I need to get this out ASAP because I have to go to work tomorrow.. What else can I do

Try a smaller pair of vise grips, thats a ton of material to grab onto.

That big chunk on the end broke off. Now the whole screw is flat

Your only option is to drill it out and tap is for a larger screw/bolt, I just had to do this for a header stud, not that hard.
