A/C not coming on.

Did you read this part of my post? If you are getting 3.7 ohms between the lead that goes to clutch coil and a ground, your coil is likely in good shape. If you get higher number when touching VC, it is probably due to missing bonding/ground strap.

Now, set your meter to DCV 20. Measure incoming voltage to the coil by jumping pressure switch, ignition switch "on", A/C "on" and fan "on". You should see battery voltage on your meter. Positive/red lead/probe to the wire which is going to the clutch and negative/black lead/probe to ground. If you don't see the battery voltage there, you may have faulty clutch relay or relay is not getting signal from ECU.

yes i am listening to what your saying . i went out there and di the above and same thing 3.7 ohm . i turn off every thing even key came back to unhook meter and it was still at 3.7 ohms undid fans still 3.7 ohms no matter what untill i unhooked the meter . DCV 20. Measure incoming voltage to the coil by jumping pressure switch was only 0.01

another thing i found out on my way home today from the store is that my heater dont shut off . the heat is all the way over to cold and the fan is to the off .

The fan has to be in one of the running positions or the compressor will not engage even if the A/C button is on.

the a/c fan is on the right side right that one is come on when jump. the othere one only comes on when engine is to hot.

Since it is going to be difficult for me to explain what to do from this point on, follow the troubleshooting flow chart below. Post your results and questions if you have.
Also, since you need to jump the pressure switch in order to activate the A/C system, you need to see if you have proper charge of freon.

Give you this one, too. When A/C is on, both cooling fans must come on. Since you have only one coming on, you need to see what is wrong on this side as well.

im lost . ive never been able to brake down this type of drawing. is there a relay in the car that will control the a/c clutch and the fan?
i know this must be irritating . but im learning something new with your help and all the info you have given me . i appreciete it very much and i thank you very much.

i am take my time to read it and it has helped me figure out that its not in the engine comparmint . so now im move forwed to the cab. why i said im not know how to read these is because i always get them backwards . or can never figure out where they are on the car it self.

Were you asking of location of those relays? They are next to PS reservoir in the engine compartment. Look for relays you see in the troubleshooting flow chart.

no i was asking if there are any in the cab of te car bye the driver side fuse box . i checked the fuse for the a/c cluch in the kick paneil butt its good.

The OP says that one of two fans (cooling) comes on by jumping the pressure switch. If you see the wiring diagram, you know pressure switch and blower switch in cabin are in series. Which means not even one cooling fan will not come on if blower switch is in "off" position.

May be that is one of problems you have.
