A/C not coming on.

How could it be possible to do it wrong when there are only two connectors to jump? Turn the ignition on and jump the switch. You don't even have to have engine running.

since i did not get it to kick on would this mean bad pump/clutch . i am going to try again today . ive been knowen to fuck up simple shit.

Disconnect the lead to the clutch and hook up your meter. Measure/check for incoming voltage to the clutch while you have jumper on the pressure switch.

Or, I should ask this. When you had tested/hot wired clutch with jumper with 7.5A fuse, did you hear the clutch click to engage?

Check for open coil on clutch. = Disconnect the lead to the clutch and hook up your meter which is set for ohm. One probe to the lead goes to the clutch and the other to chassis/ground. = This is the thing I said to do on the first reply.

another thing i found out on my way home today from the store is that my heater dont shut off . the heat is all the way over to cold and the fan is to the off .

why would you be clueless? i just took it through the setting for you all are with ohms setteing never whent out of them . im new to the hole muilti meter thing thats why i did that .

You have not change your name so here we are. Lol.
Jokes aside, here's my logic, it's only theories and not done by experience.
1) If you bypass by jumping the pressure switch and one of the fan comes on but not the AC compressor, then you know the pressure switch is good.
2) So now test the fan that did not come on. Disconnect the fan put it on the battery see if it spin smoothly and fast.
3) If fan is good then you have to ask why it did not come on when the pressure switch was jumped? That b/c the relay to the fan was bad. If you look on the front end area of the driver's fender, there are 2 round AC relays with plastic covers. One or both is bad. One is for the fan and the other is for the compressor I think. You need to test both of the relays to see which one is bad.
4) Once you rule out the relay and fix the bad one, then the fan should comes on when the pressure switch is jump. Also the compressor should kick on. If it does not, then you have a bad compressor. Junkyard time.

Now go change your name or else your AC will be fixed when the winter time is here. Lol.

I am clueless because there's no mention of what you are trying to measure. The video is out of focus and I do not have the meter like yours so I really not seeing what setting you have.

I just remembered that I have good working A/C compressor clutch on my shelf. I measured the coil resistance. It is 4 ohms. So there you have it. This is the number you are looking for. Set the dial for that and don't move it around like you did in the video. The measurement, anything above or below, it's no good.

"Bypassing the pressure switch makes A/C to come on" means:
1) Freon charge is too low, and/or
2) the pressure switch is BAD.

To measure coil resistance, you don't need A/C in full blast. Heck, you don't need the car, like I measured my A/C clutch coil that's sitting on my shelf.

Did you read this part of my post? If you are getting 3.7 ohms between the lead that goes to clutch coil and a ground, your coil is likely in good shape. If you get higher number when touching VC, it is probably due to missing bonding/ground strap.

Now, set your meter to DCV 20. Measure incoming voltage to the coil by jumping pressure switch, ignition switch "on", A/C "on" and fan "on". You should see battery voltage on your meter. Positive/red lead/probe to the wire which is going to the clutch and negative/black lead/probe to ground. If you don't see the battery voltage there, you may have faulty clutch relay or relay is not getting signal from ECU.
