Erratic Idle Fixed Itself With Another Problem Resurfacing.

Today I decided to pull my spark plugs and clean the due to getting oil covered every month. Either leaking valve guides or rubber o-rings under the rocker assembly. Anyway, I clean them then put them back in. Car started up smooth, and I let it idle down. Went to take it around the block, and noticed it was running shitty, and started smoking when I cut it off. I let it sit for about 5 minutes, and stated it back up. It idled good (no surging) which shocked the shit out of me, but I could sense something was wrong. First thoughts were either injectors aren't firing, or no spark in a cylinder. I then (with the car running) pulled the spark plug wires from each cylinder and notice that when I removed cylinders 1 & 2 wire, the engine kept running the same. When I remover 3 & 4, it damn near died. I have new wires, plugs are good, newer cap and rotor.

Do you think the dizzy is toast? Any other thoughts?

It's an injector/injection system problem I believe. Damn I can't wait to install my new motor.
