Power Lock Issue

So I was researching power door lock issues and the most I found was that if there is a clicking noise when hitting the door lock switch than its the power door lock module and it should be replaced. The issue I am having is that the passenger door lock works sometimes, it may work tomorrow and not the next day. The driver door lock usually works, but lately its been doing the same thing. When it does or doesn't work there are no irregular noises for either door. Any suggestions or ideas on where to start?

Clean the lock switches, the connections can get dirty.
