Was the Digital Climate Control Offered in Canada?

It was never offered anywhere bu Japan in RHD cars

But they weren't sold in LHD markets, as in not sold in North America

I don't see why its build location should affect anything. The RHD coupes were only intended for other markets, yet they were built here. The digital climate control was built here and also only intended for another market.
