    weird tps problem

i got this problem ever since i swapped my f into my civic. i noticed that my cel is on and its showing me that its the tps sensor, but before i swapped the motor the tps was working fine. so i changed the sensor with a known working one, but the code still shows, so i checked the wire harness with a tester and im getting low power to the harness... is there any way that i can up the voltage to the sensor? fyi: i already swapped with another harness that i just put on today..

Have you tried calibrating the tps?

yup, but still no luck...its like the tps isnt getting enough power from the harness.

try both of the outside wires for the ground... i just did mine and if your looking at the back of the plug the left one worked better on mine and the center for the positive, its easier if you take the TB off and go from there, i ended up just slicing the wire a bit down from the plug(cause i couldnt get a wire jammed into the plug to work) just wrap the wire around the ground/pos ends of the gauge and then wrap the other end around the wire where i sliced it... this worked very well
and the tps HAS to be pluged in to get the right voltage
