He must have had his car jacked up at an angle

The book says it takes 2 quarts but to fill it until its going to pour out.

yeah, and it has to be at ride height when filling.

I just dump in 2 qts from the back up sensor hole and call it a day

best one to use would be honda fluid as everyone knows are tranny's are picky about that. or alot of people use gm syncromesh as well.

Why not just fill it up using the proper hole and know its done right?

I know the amount is negligible but i don't see why not to do it the right way, its not any harder.

because it's WAY easier to do it through the backup sensor hole with a funnel vs. crawling down underneath my car trying to dump a quart in the cramped area that is the wheel well. You should try it the next time you have to swap fluid. Literally takes me 5 min. to drain and fill.

That's wat I do.. it works out fine. To drain it. I have the car low, to drain it I have it jacked up. And put 3 qts.. I've always done that. Guess I've been doing it wrong and 2much oil was used..
