windshield wipers slow ??

It seems to me that my wipers are running slow. When they are in LOW it seems to be ok but when in HIGH it barely goes fast compared to the other cars we own. any suggestions on what can be the cause of that ?? or what needs to be replaced. ??

i think everybody just replace the wiper motor.
