Short shifter

Just wondering if anyone makes one for our cars yet or if were still pulling the parts off ludes and buying there's not sure if this is in the right place sorry if it isn't thanks for any input searched but just got member ride threads popping up

No one makes them for accords anymore, bb4 short shifters can be found but expect to pay near 200 for a legit unless you luck up. Afew short shifters for accords do pop up from time to time.

One way to go would be to get a Pspec or Forbidden SS. But those are only for 4th gen and 5th gen ludes.

I think there's this guy on preludezone.com, JTC that makes a good quality SS, its similar to the fobidden SS I believe, only for about 100 bucks.

PSpec used to make one for the CB. You could probably find it used.

Short shifters generally don't work well with our cars. Most people complain of grinding transmissions and notchy shifting when using one. I know I experienced that myself.

^^^^ Its not the shifters that dont work. If in fact feels notchy its the shifter bushings that need to be replaced, but to the OPPLEASE DO NOT BUY A SHORT SHIFTER ADAPTER THOSE ARE REALLY BAD FOR CB'S

^ Agreed. I hate those cheap short shifter adapter.

I bought an Ebay adapter back in 06ish then finally bought myself a PSPEC short shifter; worth the money now that they are discontinued.

find a 4th gen lude and use the shifter stick and plate, your throw will be shorter and the height will b lower.
