    Biggest gain in HP??

So im thinking what mod i should do next to my car. Cold air intake, Headers, Or full catback?? Wich ones gunna give me the biggest increase in HP on my F22a6. I will be doing all eventually but wich should i go with first??

First check how healthy the motor is, just by doing a full tune up on the motor will increase power and bring it back to how it used to be....

You only have 1 header not headers...

Intake will be one good upgrade, I would keep stock exhaust...

get a bisimoto header, that'll give you more power then the other two combined.

They're quite pricey compared to your regular mass made exhaust manifolds found on ebay, but they deliver about 5x the amount of horsepower compared to them.

From a Bone stock F22A1, it netted 26.1hp, so with your engine, most likely around 15-17hp since you already have the A6 which has 140 instead of 125.

But its worth the 650 bucks to get that much horsepower. An intake and exhaust may give you 2-5 hp each max.

              Fuck no.

Not unless someone is dumb enough to sell theirs...

There's a group buy going on right now. $650 or something for one. CHEAP for what it is (and damn near half the normal price.) You'll get nearly 30whp with that header and nothing else.
That's a real performance part... not some ricer shit that all the kiddies like to throw on their car. If you get cheap ebay shit, you'll be lucky to get 5whp from it.

Also, you only have one header. Not "headers".

I am surprised no one mentioned the H23 throttle body and IM. Please correct me if I am wrong.

thats because it wasn't listed in the options the OP gave us: cold air intake, "headers", or full catback

Well, they may merge into one but there are four 'heads,' or starts, of the exhaust system... this ain't no single-cylinder engine.

Ever seen a dragster with individuals sticking out of the hood or sideskirts? If you guys want to get tangled up in technicalities, there are four header pipes. It just makes more sense to have one tailpipe under the bumper.

4 pipes merged into one. Those pipes in that configuration are called a "header". Each pipe is not a header.

Header will gain quite a bit over an aftermarket SRI. Bigger exhaust will help if flow more due to the 2.2L that needs to exhale out more.
