dsm450s question

Im trying to get some good injectors but I really don't know anything about injectors can someone please (if its not much to ask) direct me to some injectors for small turbo set up or either all motor. Hope you guys can help me

Heres some info hope it helps

Resistor box: Depending on which one you get. There are two types of injectors.
a. peak/hold (low impedance) - this requires resistor box (That's us)
these have roughly between 2-3 ohms when you measure with ohmeter
The ohms on a and b can be read direct to injectors from pin 1 to pin 2 on the bench, it does
not have to be plugged into the car.

b. saturated, hold about 12 ohms, you need resistor box for this, which means splicing.

If you get the black or blue top 450c DSM injectors, your clips should work.
Also people have stated you need to ream/dremel out your lower intake 0-ring for the injectors.
THIS IS FALSE. By mearly placing the injector in the fuel rail and using a left-right-middle sequence
(cross pattern) the injectors will fit right in.

If the upper injector seal has been pulled off before, it could be worn and very hard to fit in the
fuel rail, damaging that seal. SO I would recomend new ones, but that is just me.

Lets, see injectors, what else about injectors, ooo yah, your ecu, wasnt meant for bigger injectors,
so a way to control your fuel is something to look at as well.

blue top and black top are both 450cc DSM injectors.

Blue top just sprays in single flow injector pattern
Black top sprays in a "V" pattern, moving the fuel to different spots of the chamber.

What size turbo? Small isn't a size we can use to judge how large your injectors will need to be. What is your budget and how much power are you looking to make? if you are going to upgrade to a larger turbo, it's probably better to go with a larger injector now.

Injector Dynamics are probably the better choice for their tuning ability. ID725 are the smallest they have. Good for up to 400whp @45psi (3bar) & 80% duty cycle. However, if your are looking for a cheap set of used injectors. The DSM 450cc are good for up to 250-300 boosted hp @ 43.5 psi (3bar) & 80% duty cycle.

Well there around 150 the dsm 450s! Yeah just like 6 to 8 pound s ebay ones are good? I meant dsm injectors from ebay lol and thanks guys!
