t25 oil restrictor size?

    t25 oil restrictor size?

    i got a dsm t25 and was lookin for the oil restrictor size and were to get it..i need this bad or i cant finish off my build..some one said to use a .60 and otheres say to use .35 wtf in confused..i tryied lookin on ebay but they dont say the oil feed size just the thread pitch which is m11x1..so i have no clue what to get

    1. dsm turbos don't need an oil restrictor.

    2. t25 is way too small for an F22. run at least a 14b

      its a hybrid t25.t28 in a t25 housing other wise i wouldnt be running it..are u absolutely sure i dont want to drown this thing...also theres no fitting in the turbo at all

        I never ran restrictors on my dsm setups and never had any problems. They can handle the high oil pressure

            don't the 14b/16g have a built in restrictor?

                  sorry man, maybe try asking this question on a Civic forum - like d-series.org - since they are more likely to be dealing with small t25 turbos.

                  or try a DSM forum, those guys are typically pretty knowledgeable about their shit.

                  I just know for a fact that you can run a 14b/16g on and F with no restrictor.

                      well its true the t25 has a built in restrictor but the 14b doesnot
                      proof of t25 built in and 14b needing one

                      if you add oil restrictor to your stock t25 turbo it would have two restrictors, the one build in to the turbo and the one you added. there is no restrictor build into the the oil lines. the restrictor is build into to the turbo. Basically your turbo would be starving for oil which is not good if you added another restrictor. The 14b turbos though do require a restrictor build into to the oil line.
