leaking NEED HELP

i noticed this morning there was a little puddle uner my new sedan, i tried finding the leak i can see were its dripping from but i cannot see were the liquid is comming from. the leak is either water down coolant (previous owner filled rad with more water than coolant) or brake fluid. its clear but i dont smell gas off it and my brake fluid smells alot stronger. anyways heres a pic

it is dripping from the cross beam unter those brakes lines?? and the blac spot to the right is from me touching it with a rag. also brake lines dont feel wet at all :S what do you guys think it could be from??!!

Counld it be condensation off the a/c lines. If not unless its fluid from hydralic line for clutch that runs around that area i couldn't think of anything else.

are you losing brake fluid? how does the master cyl. look?

As far as I know I haven't leaked brake fluid. The master looks normal and I have full pedal. It's stumped me

is there any power stearing lines aroung there??? the only fluid im losing is PS fluid and the guy told me it had a leak and i changed the ps cooler line because it was leaking but could there be another line back therE????
