    no lights on dash?

TUrn on headlights, do they work?

Loosen and then remove and then reconnect the battery cables.
What makes me laugh about forums, is that no matter how much you try to help someone, they dont take the advice. Go ahead and do it the hard way.

You got to respect what you drive, and appreciate what you have, making the best of what you got. and if that means putting CAI, HID's, a phat stereo system, and a idiot in the drivers seat...then so be it!

The battery works fine but I did a little research and I think it may be the bad wire on the starter

take a long screw driver and touch it to the solenoid terminal (the one coming from the ignition switch) and the power wire. If it turns over, the starter is fine.

how do you know the battery is fine?

take a volt meter or a test light and probe the smaller wire on the starter while someone else cranks it.

            Do you see voltage?

what if you keep starting it, like repeatably turn the key to start...start...start..start do you hear a click at the starter solinoid?

Never assume anything is good until you tested it.

Could he have a bad main relay? Considering he said the other electrical works, and you all suggested testing the starter, I am suggesting he look at the main relay AND the under the hood red 10 amp fuse in the ECU slot. I hope the totally non-mechanic that I am is right.

Nope. Main relay only controls fuel pump, and not the starter.

Yes I know that it controls the fuel pump. Ok I re-read his post and he said.."nothing" So not even a crank. Then yeah..not the relay. If cranking, it might be. My coupe was just doing that:cranking and not starting. I'm almost deft, so hearing the pump was not working for me. I replaced the relay and turned the key to hear the dragon roar.

did you try anything we said? Tackle the main issue first, getting the car to start.
