    is this true?

Ok so i went to advance auto so they could stick the computer in my car and tell me what was wrong with it...you know?
But they said they dont have it for my year accord, and the guy told me to look under the passanger seat for a blinking light and count the times it blinks?
    is this true? help?!

yep... passenger side floorboard is where the ecu lies... near the footwell, underneat the carpet.

you turn the key to the on position, and watch how many times it blinks... here's a thread on honda-tech:

i'm not sure if the codes are the same, but i imagine that they are.

92-95 Accord, Civic, Civic Del Sol and Prelude
      Retrieving Codes

With ignition off, insert jumper wire in service check connector terminals, located behind right side of dash on Accord, Civic and Civic Del Sol and near center console on Prelude.
Turn ignition switch to ON position. Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) will be indicated by a series of long and short flashes on MIL.
The number of long flashes indicates the number in the 10s column. The number of short flashes indicates the number in the 1s column. For example, 4 long flashes followed by 3 short flashes would indicate DTC 43.

      deciphering the code:

The diagnostic tool they have at advance auto only works on obd-2 cars. On our cars there is a connector under the passenger side dash. What you need to do is take a wire or paperclip to "jump" the connector. This puts the ecu in diagnostic mode. When you put the ignition to the on position this is when the CEL will flash on the dash.
