Just like most D's a tuner won't advise over 200-215 on a b7 an around 225 on a Y8 or Z6.One of my friends has a d15b boosted an tuned by howard at RLZ made 245whp completely stock engine an has been boosted basically since we put the JDM d15b in the car been running strong ever since for almost 3yrs.Like many say its all in the tune more or less.I even know of a 500whp Z6 stock bottom end now this didn't last but like 5 days if that like he figured it would BRMS tuned it.
Anyways heres the em2 guys sorta build thread of his EM2 figured you'd enjoy it,I don't know the guy personally, but always loved hes EM2 an i usually don't like em.

I've done well over 20 headgaskets on these style civics. Even stock they are blowing headgaskets.

Sure it may not be as "fun", but at least it'll be dependable again.
I wish I would have done this a long time ago on my CB. Probably would have kept the car if I did.

I'd do a cheap swap and make sure all the parts are good to go. Dependable > Fun when you need a ride.
Been a long time. Still alive...

Hmm. How do you destroy cars? Why did your car have no oil? Was it because, oh... I don't know...you didn't check it?

Same reason he keeps a loud exhaust even though he knows the cops will give him a ticket.

Even I have learned my lesson man. No job and a project car? Makes no sense. Put a stock engine in it and sell off all the parts. Get some money in your account, focus on getting a job.
