    Iono whats wrong

Hey guys today after skool i went to start my car right and then i pressed the clutch in and all of a sudden i noticed my rpms were at 1500 while the clutch was in normally when i floor the clutch it drops below 1000 so i was like WTF and i mean it was so high i could get out of first with out having to push the gas so i thought bout it for a min and i was like ok well i guess my idle is wayyyyyy to high. Right now i have changed it yet but my question is that i never touched the throttle body and i know no1 else did so how did my idle get so high or is it not my idle it is something else new help or words of wisdom would help out greatly because i don't feel like wasting gas.
P.S my rpms also go up alot faster too like when im going bout 30 i have to put it in 4 to get it to drop to bout 1500-2000 rpms
    thanx guys

Update* Ok guys i found a DIY that said to lower the idle well i did that and it solved the problem of my steering wheel vibrating and my car taking off on its own but it still has the problem when i am driving where i have to put it in 4th when i am going 30 so it will go from 2000rpms down to bout 1500 rpms so any other ideas??

ya i messed withed it i lowered my idle and it stopped the steering wheel from vibrating a lot and it doesn't idle at 1000-1500 rpms so when i take my foot off the clutch in first gear it won't go with out me pressing the gas like it use to it will now do the normal thing and stall lmao Now when i floor the clutch it idles at bout 800-900 rpms which is still kinda high cause normal is bout 700 so im gunna see if i have ne valve leaks
