fuel supply system.. i dont know what the deal with this is.. car runs fine besides the idle dropping a bit after coming to a stop. the car was sitting since 2003 up until recently. not sure if the fuel filter has anything to do with it.. car starts right up every time so i dont know about that.. i know i saw some crimped wires leading up to pin a11 on the p28 im running. i believe its for the egr valve.. will that set code 43 off?
just seems like a weird code to be throwing considering that it runs fine.. maybe a little rich also.. that might have something to do with it right?

Check the fuel pressure, regulator and also for any vacuum leaks.

check o2 signal. there's so monitor for fuel system so there is no code set criteria. plus weak fuel pressure would make it run lean. big difference between a lean condition and a dead o2 sensor.
