    What part is this?

Just wondering if anyone would know what this is. This is where the cruise control module is basically.

Also there is red wire that may of connected to the A/C compressor before it was removed, anyone know what this could be?

Thanks guys, for the wire I'm guessing just cut it and seal it with some good electrical tape to prevent a short of something?

those control the condensor fan and make it turn/on off. My CB I resurrected was missing those and would get hot sometimes until I figured out what these did.

I think its also the relay for the fan timer that makes the fans come on after you shut the engine off.

if you dont have a/c, then you can take off that entire harness. there is an a/c sub-harness that completely comes out at a connector somewhere around there so there is no need to cut.

even on factory a/c equipped cars?

I did have A/C but I deleted it due to having a broken and knocking compressor and never using A/C up in cold Canada anyways.

Right now I have only one fan for the engine, A/C fan is gone.
So if I removed the relay thing, would the cool down function cease for the engine cooling fan? Is just one for the engine fan and other for one for A/C? If so I'll just remove one.

You can remove them both, as mentioned above. They are both for the A/C system (clutch relay & condenser fan relay). IIRC The Rad fan relay is in the fuse box.

only one fan is controlled by these relays, the other one is tied into the fuse box. on cars without a/c, i believe the 2nd fan wasnt even there
