help removing exahust manifold

Im trying to get my manifold or header out. The 2 bolts that hold it to the downpipe i cant seem to get. There like eaither really rusted or there on there way of being stripped. this is the only thing hoding me back from pulling my engine outta the car.


How can i get it offf

Bump Anymore ideas? I need to know for tommrow So i can get my new car

take some rust breaker thing and spray that on the bolts. then take a torch and hold it over the bolt for a couple minutes and then try to un-do it.

should be 3 bolts also

take a big ass breaker bar to it....
if ur using regular socket wrench (3/8)use some extension and work that shit of from the bottom.
best way is using a 1/2 inch long ass breaker bar

I second ckyskater, those exhaust mani-related bolts can be the most stubborn in the engine bay, but if you just try to muscle them, you may just end up snapping them.
