    Opinions...

Ok, since I'm new to the import scene I want to get some opinions. I posted another thread entitled "Help prove a point!!!! " in the engine swap forum...with my project car having F22A4 motor(90 EX Accord w/ auto) I pose a couple of questions. I need some opinions here:

    1) Would I be better off just rebuilding the motor that is already in the car then boost it? (Will the auto trans w/ sport shift mode hold up to boost?)

    2) Or, should I swap motors and juice it?

I'm not trying to spark debate, just trying to educate myself for my spring project, thanks..

Swap a 5spd h22a and then build it up and run some boost............best path to go...........u could build up the a4 but the h22 will be able 2 handle way more power plua there's tons of parts for h22's.

i hope ur not saying that the H will handle the boost better cause thats what it sounds like. both motors stock, the F series can handle way more psi forced in than the H series.

^^ YES true and a turbo h22 isnt the best way to go.

why dont you just get a sports car used altogether that way you dont have too and theres less room for bullshit. Id go h22 and boost it im boosted and built. Its worth it though both the h series and f series is good for boost . But to what extent the h-will make more power than the f reguardless the f will have to run more boost the h can run less boost and still make more than the f . But the f can handle more but either way i say its good to build either one because sooner or later the engine always loses (BOOM!) And then this will happen to your wallet

Why not just boost what you have and go from there? If you want more, then you can debate on weather you want to build f or swap H. Boosting what you have will be cheapest way to go. If something breaks, it just means its time for an upgrade! Also, if you are already boosting the F and then decide to swap the H in, you can transpose most, if not all, of the turbo parts over to the H (intercooler, turbo, etc.).

sounds like the easiest thing for me to do is just boost what I have...can anyone advise me on a turbo kit or turbo supply list, links, etc..
