Help! PS Belt Loose

Okay i just got my alternator replaced about a week ago and i notice that the belt on the power steering pump is really loose. How do i tighten it?

under it u got two #10. one of them its a long one. tight that one while checking the belt. its the same way as tighting the altenator belt.
