    Rear Crossmember Replacement (PS Rack)

Ok so heres the story, a steel plate that was too high took out my trans, in the process it forced the trans back into the rear crossmember. The one which holds the rear motor mount and houses the power steering rack. This dented in area causes the rack to sit a tiny bit tilted and now makes the PS click and feel odd... so it obviously needs to be replaced. My insurance wont do anything at all (WTF) so I have to take it up with the state, hopefully something good will come out of it.
I have my motor and trans out of the car, doing an H22 swap to fix the trans problem. I guess my major question is are all these crossmembers the same, do they vary from year to year or with cars with ABS or not? I just dont want to find myself pulling one out of a junkyard car and then it not being usable. Plus I need to figure out if I can still use my PS rack or if I need a new one now as well as everything else. I really just want my car back together and this H22 in :-) damn i just bought the car to be my reliable daily driver oh well, its always something!
    Thanks!

Yes but I could not see the damage until I got the trans out of the car.
In reference to the part for sale, your car was in an accident correct?
