Upgrade to ATE Super Blue brake fluid?

I was thinking about doing this but I wanted to get some opinions on it first.

I've got upgraded Stainess lines all the way around and have the larger Vigor brakes with Hawk HPS pads in front. Would I benefit from doing this upgrade at all? would the brakes stop better? Or does this fluid last longer?

I think I'm about due for a fluid exchange so I was considering this option. What do you guys think?

Yeah, really all that fluid does is allow for higher temps before the fluid begins to boil. Probably isn't needed for any non-race application but it is nice to swap between that and regular fluid each flush so you can easily see when you have all the old fluid out. Actually I think ATE makes two colors of that fluid just for that purpose.

I've boiled my fluid on the steet two separate times, and that was with aveage valvoline brake fluid i bought from autozone. Switch to ATE. Its cheap insurance....boiling fluid is scary. The pedal goes right to the floor when you need the brakes most. ATE is the best bang for the buck fluid you can get too. Others have a higher boiling point, but they are much more expensive.

I think I've got a mix of Prestone and Valvoline Syn in there right now. They're both DOT 3/4 compatible but the fluid currently has like 30k looking kinda grimy

i used it on my s13 and cb7 when me and my buddies went touge and the track and it works very good....but if you just going to daily and not do any heavy braking then just some of the other cheaper brands.....by the way i used it on my brake and clutch system and both ways work well

How often have you flushed you brake fluid? I have never had brake fade with my old Cb7 and that included multiple back to back canyon runs. DOT 4 fluid is fine if properly maintained.

Dont waste your money. Flush your brake system and buy DOT 4 fluid.
