Valve Problem? Here goes all my problems...

So yeah, swapped new engine from JY had 108K.

Drove it around HG was bad. I had to swap that out a few days later

I snapped some pictures thank god, and I was just looking at them, and well I notice something not right like this valve sticking out?

Is something messed up here? I do have this weird noise coming from engine. sounds like knocking/tapping but goes away at high RPMS


Then another thing which sucks, the effing spark plugs 2 had the electrode burned right off, or broken off in the engine. Then my tranny, Yeah password JDM Magnetic Plugs SUCK, broke off inside my tranny. Will post full storys and pics about that later

thats a bent valve... check the top of that piston for any collision damage. you may not see anything, but that is most likely a bent valve...

or a stuck guide which is unlikely since hondas are always loose. looks like number one was consuming some water.
