I'm getting a knocking noise coming from the engine when starting up along with idling going from 800-2k-800-2k only when in Park/Neutral, but when in D it just sits at 1krpms and doesn't knock until I let off the brake and it knocks once or twice and goes away 
. I'm assuming my oil levels were low (leak) as I checked and added oil (mobil synthetic 5-30), which reduced the severity of the knocking to an extent...
TL;DR - Start car, knocking with idle shifts 1k-2k, go to drive it's gone until getting off brake and hear one or two knocks, no knocking when driving, easily taken to 4-5k rpm and passed 80 mph easy (forced to drive freeway).
Valve adjustment? Hoping it's not rod bearing.
