    Light fixture help...

Having an issue with my passenger side light fixture low beam; its too high. Spreads unevenly also. Wondering if the reflective cover in the inside are not aligned correctly or if the cover needs to be cleaned. Im going to HID soon and im afraid ill blind people if I install it. Light spreads almost in a circle more then a thick even line.

NOTE that I have 1 piece headlights on a 93'. Has No adjustment, bolted in correctly.

Ill nab a picture tomorrow night if needed!

    Thanks~!

Has the problem existed since you put the 1 piece lights in? Or is it something new? Since it's just the passenger side, check to be sure the bulb is inserted correctly and securely locked into place. Bulb placement within the housing can affect distribution and beam pattern drastically.
I don't think you'll be able to do anything about the shape of the light beam, the housing and reflector control that, and you really can't change their shapes. The reflective dome over the bulb is actually a shield, and doesn't affect the shape or direction of the light.
Even though they are one piece, they still have to be adjustable for aiming purposes. Are the OEM JDM, or ebay knockoffs? If they're knockoffs, you're probably stuck with the results.

They are the Stanley one piece, Im pretty sure the light is in right, unless the housing to the light isnt straight. Either way Ill have to take it apart and look. Thanks for the help!

They are JDM lights, aimed for use on Japanese roads. That could be the reason why it is not pointing where it should be.

Other than that, assuming installation has been done correctly, there are only 2 other possibilities that I can think of...

          1) was your car ever hit in the front? Look for replacement panels. The panel above the light fixture itself should be stamped "SM4"... it was the lack of this stamp on my car that indicated that my car had been hit and repaired in the past (even though it has a clean Carfax report, and shows no other obvious signs of repaired damage, aside from slightly imperfect fitment of certain parts.)

          2) Was the housing ever taken apart? Was it blackhoused? If so, something may have been bumped.

My 1 piece lights have had a projector retrofit since I bought them, so I don't have any direct experience with this, unfortunately.
