02 sensor caps?

Has anyone heard of a cap for 02 sensors so that catalytic converters can be removed and and post cat o2 sensors wont throw CELS???

Found o2 simms on fastmans and I learned about the kat box.

They way I found out about these, they just were caps that went over the o2 sensor. Apparantly, if I understand correctly, they replace the o2 sensor.

I read one thing where the guy went to straight pipes, then zip tied the o2 to his frame rail... I'm wondering if that would work on mine... IDK, so much to think about.

the o2 would sense too much oxygen and may set a code. these caps produce a voltage simular to a healthy cat.

5v right? Basically the rear o2 sensor should not detect anything, if it does this means the cat is not working so the code throws.

You could just get a proper sized cat and be environment/my lungs friendly

narrowband o2 works on 0-1v...higher the oxygen, lower the v. a healthy cat will use all the oxygen for the oxidation process.

most cars are so clean already that it will pass emissions fine without a cat. it's insane because it'll still throw a code for a catalyst inefficient P0420. ive seen a supercharged trd tacoma pass emissions but have a CEL for p0420.
