F22B Throttle cable..?

Now i noticed that on the f22b engine theirs 2 cables going to the throttle rotor.. why is that and why did the F22a only have 1 cable?

Because on the 4th gen Accord the Cruise control actuator pulls on the accelorator pedal where in the Prelude it goes to the actual trottle body rather then back into the car.
