cb7 wheel stuck (rear) Ebrake stuck? Rotor Siezed?

What's the problem? car was fine. I went out the other day to drive it pull down ebrake and go and the rear right wheel is stuck. Wont turn wont move.

Cable for e-brake has tension so I think that's fine.

think the pads are stuck to the drum?

how can I fix this? What shall I check?

#1. Pull the wheel off and try to pull the drum off. If the drum comes off, then no your brakes are not the problem.
#2. With the wheel and drum off, try turning the hub, if it does not turn, your wheel bearing may have siezed.
Now to be honest with you, if the wheel bearing is siezed, then you should have had some sort of symtom. Usually when a wheel bearing goes bad, you get either a loud hum or a loud roaring noise front the affected wheel. The affected bearing would get louder with speed and over time as it progressively gets worse.

            Lift the vehicle
Take off the wheel that wont turn
Smash the drum with a nice 3-5lb hammer untill it turns.

This is assuming the cable isn't siezed up...
